1. Introduction
Welcome to ChipXpert VLSI Training Institute. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in our training programs and services. The purpose of these terms is to ensure a structured and fair learning environment for all students.
2. Enrollment & Eligibility
Students must provide accurate personal and academic details during registration, including valid identification and proof of academic qualifications.
Enrollment is confirmed only after full or partial payment of the course fee, as per the institute’s policies. Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other accepted digital payment platforms.
ChipXpert reserves the right to deny admission based on eligibility criteria, including but not limited to academic qualifications, prior experience, and aptitude assessments.
The institute may require students to submit necessary documents before the commencement of the course.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
Course fees must be paid as per the schedule specified during enrollment. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.
Fees once paid are non-refundable except under special circumstances approved by management, such as course cancellation by the institute or unforeseen medical emergencies supported by valid documentation.
Any refund request must be submitted in writing with valid justification and will be processed as per the institute’s refund policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a specified period and may be subject to deductions for administrative costs.
4. Course Structure & Training
The institute reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, instructors, and training methodologies to ensure quality education and alignment with industry trends.
Attendance of at least 75% is mandatory to receive a certificate of completion. Students falling below the attendance requirement may be required to complete additional assignments or retake sessions.
Students must adhere to the code of conduct during training sessions, including maintaining a respectful and professional attitude towards instructors and peers.
Assignments, projects, and practical exercises are an integral part of the training and must be completed within the stipulated deadlines.
ChipXpert may conduct assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student progress. A minimum performance level may be required to qualify for certification.
5. Intellectual Property
Course materials, including but not limited to notes, videos, presentations, software tools, and assignments, are the intellectual property of ChipXpert and must not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.
Unauthorized recording of lectures, misuse of training content, or reproduction of course material for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
Students may be granted limited access to proprietary software and tools, which should only be used for educational purposes during the training period.
6. Code of Conduct
Students must maintain professionalism and respect faculty and fellow learners at all times. Any form of misconduct, including disruptive behavior, use of inappropriate language, or harassment, will not be tolerated.
Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty in assignments, projects, or assessments may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.
The institute reserves the right to take disciplinary action against students found guilty of misconduct, which may include suspension, termination of enrollment, or legal action if necessary.
7. Placement Assistance
ChipXpert provides placement support to eligible students but does not guarantee job placement. Placement assistance includes resume building, interview preparation, and networking opportunities.
Students must meet performance and eligibility criteria, including successful completion of the course and meeting industry standards, to avail of placement assistance.
The institute is not responsible for any third-party hiring decisions and does not influence employer selection processes.
Students are expected to actively participate in placement activities, including mock interviews and workshops, to enhance their employability.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
ChipXpert is not responsible for personal belongings lost on institute premises. Students are advised to take necessary precautions to secure their valuables.
The institute is not liable for any employment outcomes post-training and does not guarantee any specific salary package or job role.
Training is provided on an "as-is" basis, and the institute is not liable for any technical issues, delays, or interruptions beyond its control.
Students are responsible for ensuring they meet the technical requirements for online or remote learning programs.
9. Amendments & Updates
ChipXpert reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official channels, and students are encouraged to review them periodically.
Continued enrollment in the training programs signifies acceptance of any updated terms and conditions.
