At ChipXpert VLSI Training Institute, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Registration Fee:
The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Course Fee Refund Policy:
Before Course Commencement: A refund request made at least 7 days before the start date of the course is eligible for a 90% refund, with 10% deducted as administrative charges.
Within the First Week of Course: If a student withdraws within the first 7 days of the course commencement, a 50% refund will be granted.
After the First Week: No refund requests will be entertained once the course has been in progress for more than 7 days.
3. Batch Transfers:
Students unable to attend a batch may request a transfer to another batch within 6 months from the original course start date. Approval is subject to seat availability and may incur a nominal transfer fee.
4. Refund Process:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official support team at [support email].
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval and will be credited via the original payment method.
5. Course Cancellation by ChipXpert:
In the unlikely event that a course is canceled by ChipXpert, students will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid or have the option to enroll in a future batch without any additional charges.
6. No Refund for Special Discounts & Offers:
Courses enrolled under special promotions, scholarships, or discounts are non-refundable.
